Protect Those Hands

Your hands are your weapons — protect ’em. Hand wraps and boxing gloves are required for all classes (except Rumble Strong). Forgot yours? No sweat. Gloves are available to rent at the front desk for $3/class.

Late Cancels

Life happens, but please respect the ring. Cancel in the app at least 12 hours before class to avoid a $15 fee.

💡 Pro tip: If you’re stuck last-minute, shoot us a text or email at least 1 hour before class — we’ll take care of you and help dodge the app’s auto-fee.

Late Arrivals

Rounds wait for no one.

• After Round 1? Sorry champ, you’ll have to rebook.

• During warm-up? You’ll hang in the lobby until the lights come up

No Shows

Holding a spot and ghosting = $20 fee. Respect your crew and the bags by showing up ready to fight.

Membership Cancellations

We hate goodbyes, but if you need to:

Cancel online anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Memberships renew automatically until canceled.

Age Restrictions

• Must be 16+ to rumble solo.

• Ages 13–15 can join if a parent/guardian is also a member and in the same class.

• No unaccompanied minors in the lobby — this isn’t a daycare, it’s a fight club.
